Associate Staff Engineer, Dayforce Consultant

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 5 years  
• Hands-on experience working with Ceridian Dayforce across multiple modules.
• Strong functional knowledge of HR Payroll Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
• Proven experience with Dayforce configuration workflows pay policies scheduling and security.
• Experience supporting Dayforce integrations (APIs SFTP imports/exports XML/JSON).
• Solid understanding of HR/Payroll data structures compliance requirements and audit practices.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery including requirements gathering configuration testing and production support.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Dayforce certification(s) preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Configure maintain and support Ceridian Dayforce HCM modules including Core HCM Payroll Time & Attendance Workforce Management Benefits and Recruiting.
• Analyze business requirements in collaboration with HR Payroll Benefits Operations and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into effective Dayforce configurations workflows pay rules schedules and security roles.
• Lead or support Dayforce implementations module rollouts enhancements and new feature enablement.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
• Support ongoing system maintenance upgrades and Dayforce release management activities.
• Design maintain and support integrations between Dayforce and external systems using APIs SFTP and file-based interfaces.
• Perform data loads audits reconciliations and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain Dayforce reports dashboards and analytics to support operational and leadership needs.
• Conduct regression testing support UAT and assist with production deployments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations processes and change requests.
• Provide functional and technical guidance training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end users.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
