REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 5 years
- Hands-on experience working with Ceridian Dayforce across multiple modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR Payroll Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
- Proven experience with Dayforce configuration workflows pay policies scheduling and security.
- Experience supporting Dayforce integrations (APIs SFTP imports/exports XML/JSON).
- Solid understanding of HR/Payroll data structures compliance requirements and audit practices.
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery including requirements gathering configuration testing and production support.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Dayforce certification(s) preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Configure maintain and support Ceridian Dayforce HCM modules including Core HCM Payroll Time & Attendance Workforce Management Benefits and Recruiting.
- Analyze business requirements in collaboration with HR Payroll Benefits Operations and IT stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into effective Dayforce configurations workflows pay rules schedules and security roles.
- Lead or support Dayforce implementations module rollouts enhancements and new feature enablement.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Support ongoing system maintenance upgrades and Dayforce release management activities.
- Design maintain and support integrations between Dayforce and external systems using APIs SFTP and file-based interfaces.
- Perform data loads audits reconciliations and validations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain Dayforce reports dashboards and analytics to support operational and leadership needs.
- Conduct regression testing support UAT and assist with production deployments.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations processes and change requests.
- Provide functional and technical guidance training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end users.
