We are seeking a People & Purpose Generalist to join our dynamic Strategy Risk & Transactions Advisory team in this role you will collaborate closely with the People & Purpose Manager and team playing a vital role in executing strategies that enhance employee performance talent development and learning across the department. You will support these efforts by coordinating a variety of talent management activities such as onboarding training and development process improvement and performance management initiatives. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating multiple initiatives across several teams and therefore quickly building a strong internal network and gaining a broad understanding of the business. Your role will be essential in ensuring our people processes run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is adaptable proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can drive positive change.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily people operations processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Organising onboarding activities for both junior and experienced hires facilitating a seamless integration into the team.
- Managing communications including the preparation and distribution of People & Purpose newsletters.
- Creating documents and presentations for meetings training sessions and various other purposes.
- Assisting with Learning & Development initiatives such as establishing forums to encourage team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning by ensuring training materials are current and aligned with best practices.
- Supporting Performance Management activities including facilitating training sessions on relevant tools and procedures.
- Participating actively in People & Purpose forums to contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across departments including international counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency.
Qualifications :
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business administration or equivalent
- Have previous experience (1-5 years) within people operations or in other administrative roles preferably from the professional services industry
- Are fluent in Swedish and English
