Location: Remote (PH hires)

About the Role

We are hiring an HR & Talent Manager to support the next phase of growth for a fast-growing apparel company with production operations in North America. This role owns hiring end-to-end and manages core HR operations working closely with leadership to ensure the business is staffed with high-quality people and supported by clear practical HR processes.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building systems moving quickly and taking full ownership of hiring and onboarding in a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer stage
  • Source screen and interview candidates for production and operations roles
  • Deliver strong shortlists for in-person roles at North American facilities
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Draft and manage employment contracts and offer documentation
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and compliance with the companys accountant
  • Act as a primary point of contact for HR-related employee questions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment talent management or HR operations
  • Strong experience conducting interviews and assessing candidates independently
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Comfortable representing the company in frequent candidate interviews
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring for production manufacturing or operations roles
  • Exposure to multi-location or U.S.-based teams
  • Experience building or improving HR and hiring processes in a growth-stage company

About the Candidate

The ideal candidate is hands-on proactive and highly organized. They communicate clearly and confidently in English take full ownership of their work and thrive in fast-paced growth-stage environments. This person should have a strong work ethic a track record of managing recruitment end-to-end and experience supporting HR operations in small or medium-sized teams.
