Job Summary
As a Tour Desk Agent youll be the friendly face that sets the tone for an unforgettable guest experience! In this front-facing role youll welcome guests with warmth and professionalism review any pre-arranged incentives and ensure theyre fully prepared for their upcoming resort tour. Your positive attitude and attention to detail help create a seamless start to the tour process while supporting our sales teams success. As a Tour Desk Agent you will:
- Effectively check guests into and out of the tour assignments for that morning
- Coordinate the general office administration for the Vice President of the VOA.
- Provide clerical assistance to the General Manager and Senior Management as necessary
- Help with routine and special projects for the Vice President General Manager and/or Senior Management
- Assist with researching resolving and documenting internal and external issues
- Compile and distribute daily and weekly statistical data to members of management including reports and spreadsheet information about the resorts
- Coordinate general office administration including correspondence photocopying file maintenance and supply inventory
- Answer multi phone lines take messages and answer general questions regarding complaints and inquiries
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework in hospitality a plus)
- 1 year in customer service hospitality or administrative support preferred
- Friendly professional communication and guest service skills
- Organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and handling phones/inquiries
- Problem-solver with a positive team-focused attitude
