What Youll Do (aka your day-to-day):
- Install commercial doors operators and dock gear like a pro
- Double-check site conditions to make sure everythings safe and ready
- Talk with superintendents managers or building owners no guesswork here
- Handle some light framing or adjustments when needed
- Keep your truck stocked and tools ready to roll
- Read blueprints diagrams and tape measures like a boss
- Take safety seriously; toolbox talks are part of the gig
- Keep the team updated on progress issues or when somethings in your way
What Were Looking For:
- 1 year of installation or construction experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license with a clean record (no DUIs <3 points)
- Can lift up to 100 lbs and work at heights
- Comfortable working outside in the elements
- Know your way around a tape measure and some basic math
- Can pass a drug screen and background check
- Willing to learn and grow with a team thats got your back
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00$41.50/hr depending on your experience
- Weekly pay guaranteed 40 hours (with overtime available!)
