Job Summary
Job Title: Pharmacy Technician - Float Pool
Location: Aurora CO 80013 (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week (Sunday-Saturday; shifts may occur anytime between 12:01 AM - 11:59 PM)
Position Summary
We are seeking a flexible and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join the Float Pool team in Aurora CO. This role requires the ability to work across multiple onsite pharmacy locations and adapt to varying schedules.
Primary responsibilities include supporting pharmacists with prescription processing preparing medication labels managing inventory and assisting patients and healthcare staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet one of the following:

At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
OR -
1 year of experience as a Kaiser Colorado Pharmacy Clerk
OR -
Completion of a pharmacy technician training program (minimum 5 months including a community practice rotation)
OR -
National certification from a recognized board (e.g. PTCB or NHA)
Additional Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician Certification or Provisional Pharmacy Technician Certification (required for legal practice in Colorado)

Selected candidates must complete:

Approximately two weeks of Kaiser Permanente orientation
Experience & Industry

Minimum of 1 year of relevant pharmacy technician experience preferred

Compensation will vary within the posted range based on experience certification level and applicable shift differentials.
