THE ROLE

Zeta Global isseekingastrategic client-facing Senior Directorto join our ZX Data Science & Analytics team. This role is ideal for a leader who excels attransforming complex data into compelling narratives that influence decisions and drive business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted analytics partner to clients using storytelling to make insights actionable and impactful.

You should havea strong foundationin marketing measurement advanced analytics and optimization strategies combined with the ability tocraft stories that connect data to business priorities. This position reports to the VP of Data Science & Analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead with Storytelling:Translate advanced analytics into clear persuasive narratives that resonate with business audiences and inspire action.
• Shape Client Strategy:Develop and execute analytics strategies that align with client goals using insights to guide acquisition retention and lifetime value initiatives.
• Drive Measurement Excellence:Champion best-in-class methodologies such as Test/Holdout-based incrementality measurement and articulate their value over traditional approaches.
• Influence Through Visualization:Create dashboards reports and presentations that not only inform but tell a storyconnecting insights to outcomes.
• Team Leadership:Manage and mentor a team of US-based analystsincluding hiring decisions coaching and development onboarding recognition performancemanagementand team productivity.
• Scale Impact:Partner with offshore teams to automate and standardize repeatable analyses for efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Work closely with Sales Account Management and Operations to embed storytelling into client deliverables and internal frameworks.
• Innovate with AI:Support the development and deployment of predictive and adaptive ML models ensuring insights are communicated in a way that drives adoption and impact.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability tocommunicate complex analytics through compelling storiesthat influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing experience with exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelors degreerequired;Masterspreferred in Business Analytics Data Science Economics or related fields.
• 5 years in analytics leadership roles ideally with team management experience.
• Expertisein marketing measurement optimization and consumer behavior analysis.
• Familiarity withPython SQL Tableau and experience with ML/AI models.
• Ability to design impactful visualizations and presentations that highlight the business value of analytics.
• Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams.
• Experience in Retail Financial Services Telecom or Travel verticals is a plus.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $190000 - $225000.00 depending on location and experience.
