Job Summary:

As a Senior Marketing Manager at HUB24 youll play a key role in shaping and delivering our customer channel marketing strategy.

This is a dynamic collaborative role where youll work closely with internal teams and external partnersincluding Marketing Sales Product Development Operations brand and design agencies advisers and licensee head officesto create impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to ensure campaigns align to real world opportunities.

  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital email social events) aligned with business objectives targeting financial advisers licensees and/or advised clients.

  • Regular monitoring and analysis to provide data-driven recommendations to optimise activity and prioritisation.

  • Manage customer channel budget to maximise impact and ensure effective ROI.

  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral thought leadership content and sales enablement materials ensuring brand consistency.

  • Drive regular communication with stakeholders to ensure ongoing collaboration and alignment of marketing strategy and take to market plan.

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to collaborate on campaign and event planning and design targeted campaigns to support sales targets.

  • Work closely with the Product team to understand the product roadmap supporting their communications to maximise customer experience.

  • Build & maintain relationships with external suppliers including external marketing and communications agencies.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years experience in marketing and communication roles within financial services. SMSF Accounting Adviser Broker channels all preferable.

  • Proven experience in delivering & executing on strategy.

  • Depth of knowledge to direct all relevant channels of marketing.

  • Ability to direct and control marketing business activities to achieve targets.

  • Proven track record of brand custodianship

  • Proven track record of budget responsibility to maximise impact to the profitability of the business.

  • Ability to cultivate strong working relationships built on trust and respect.

  • Proven ability to negotiate successful outcomes internally and externally.

  • Ability to advocate for the user experience to drive great customer outcomes.
