In this role you will partner closely with enterprise customers across Brazil and Latin America to architect design and implement DevSecOps FinOps and Engineering Excellence solutions using the Harness platform.
You will collaborate with Harness Engineering Sales Engineering and Customer Success as well as customer teams including DevOps SRE Platform Engineering Cloud Infrastructure Finance and Engineering Leadership. Your mission is to help customers modernize and scale their CI/CD practices in a way that is secure cost-efficient reliable and aligned with business outcomes.
This is a hands-on customer-facing role in a high-growth global SaaS company supporting organizations as they evolve their cloud-native and Kubernetes adoption across AWS GCP and Azure
Engage directly with customer technical teams to assess and understand existing DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines governance models and cloud cost management practices
Architect and implement scalable repeatable and production-ready Harness configurations tailored to enterprise and mid-market environments in Brazil
Work with engineering leadership and executives to understand business goals (speed reliability cost control compliance) and translate them into effective CI/CD and DevSecOps solutions
Define and document best practices reference architectures and automation patterns based on real customer implementations
Create reusable templates pipelines and governance models to accelerate customer onboarding and long-term success
Contribute to internal enablement technical documentation and the Harness Community sharing knowledge and practical implementation guidance
Provide advisory support on DevSecOps cloud-native CI/CD Kubernetes and FinOps best practices
Partner closely with Pre-Sales Sales Engineering and Post-Sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong customer outcomes
Act as a trusted technical advisor building strong relationships with customers through deep technical expertise and professional communication
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field or equivalent professional experience
37 years of experience in DevOps Platform Engineering SRE or Cloud Engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with several of the following technologies:
CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI Bitbucket TeamCity Bamboo Travis CI
Containers & Kubernetes: Kubernetes Helm Kustomize OpenShift
Cloud Platforms: AWS (very common in Brazil) GCP Azure
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform CloudFormation
Observability & Monitoring: Prometheus Grafana ELK Splunk New Relic Dynatrace
Scripting & OS: Linux Bash Python PowerShell
Experience delivering custom technical solutions for customers ideally in a customer-facing or consulting role
Strong communication skills able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers architects and leadership
Comfortable working in English with global teams (spoken and written)
Curious collaborative and improvement-oriented with a strong bias toward execution and results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced scaling SaaS environment
Willingness to travel up to 25% primarily within Brazil and occasionally Latin America
