About the Team:
- Collaborative Physician-Centered Team: Providers and staff work seamlessly to protect physician time maintain smooth patient flow and support one another day-to-day.
- Exceptional Support & Onboarding: New providers receive hands-on mentorship co-surgery support and a welcoming environment that encourages questions and growth.
- Innovative & Proactive Practice: Physicians actively collaborate to introduce new procedures and improve care delivery with leadership aligned around enhancing the patient experience.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with completion of an appropriate residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible with eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Oregon
- Eligible for and able to maintain active medical staff membership in good standing with all associated privileges and responsibilities
- Demonstrated clinical competence in the care of specialty-specific patient populations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients families and colleagues in both routine and complex situations
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and patient-centered care
- Bilingual language skills preferred
