Technical & Innovation Specialist

UK & Ireland Leading Dairy Business Customer-Facing Role

Are you passionate about food innovation and working directly with customers

Were hiring a Technical & Innovation Specialist to join a market-leading dairy business. Youll take ownership of your own product range working hands-on in UK manufacturing sites and travelling extensively to support customers across the UK & Ireland on their product development and technical challenges.

Youll be part of a small collaborative team and receive full training from an industry expert who has been in the role for 20 yearsa rare opportunity to build deep technical knowledge and long-term career growth.

What youll do:

Support customers and sales teams with recipes trials and technical problem-solving
Lead engaging training sessions and product demonstrations
Contribute to new product launches and innovation projects
Work closely with factories to develop and improve products

What were looking for:

Background in food science or food ingredients
Experience with ingredients such as dairy bakery malts sauces or plant-based
Confident curious and customer-focused
Happy to travel regularly and enjoy variety in your role
