Working pattern: Part-time term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave which will increase after 5 years continuous service)

Demonstrate the ability to provide consistent calm and nurturing support whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries.
Experience and/or an interest in working with upper key stage 2 pupils.
Be able to use initiative and make professional judgements related to pupil learning to ensure pupil dysregulation stress and anxiety are managed effectively.
Have bundles of enthusiasm and creativity with a desire to nurture a love of learning in all our children.
Be highly organised and forward thinking.
Work alongside the teachers in creating and maintaining a purposeful orderly and supportive environment.
