Backend Engineer (on-site/London) - up to 260k

A high-growth blockchain infrastructure company is building the next generation of ultra-fast trading and digital asset platforms and were looking for an exceptional Backend Engineer to join the London team onsite.

What Youll Do:

Design and develop backend systems powering high-frequency trading and crypto platforms
Build performance-critical APIs order matching engines and real-time data pipelines
Collaborate with trading quant and blockchain teams to deliver low-latency infrastructure
Optimize system performance scalability and throughput
Contribute to cutting-edge blockchain and digital asset technology

What Were Looking For:

5 years of backend engineering experience in trading HFT or crypto systems
Deep expertise in C Rust Go or Java or similar
Strong understanding of multithreading concurrency and distributed architectures
Experience with market data order execution or exchange connectivity
Interest or experience in blockchain and decentralized technologies
