As a Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) Lead Development you will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses. You will connect with decision-makers via phone email and LinkedIn spark interest and create new business opportunities in a dynamic B2B environment.

What Youll Be Doing
In this role you will actively contribute to business growth by:
- Reaching out to potential customers and partners via phone email and LinkedIn to generate interest and uncover new opportunities
- Identifying qualifying and converting leads by assessing customer needs buying triggers and purchase readiness
- Conducting targeted research on SMEs including company profiles key decision-makers technical requirements and product fit
- Using your product and digital solutions knowledge to clearly communicate value propositions and tailor messaging to small businesses
- Building and managing a strong sales pipeline through proactive outbound activities acquisition campaigns and win-back initiatives
- Closing smaller sales opportunities independently and ensuring smooth handover of larger opportunities to the sales team
- Maintaining excellent CRM discipline accurately documenting all customer interactions opportunity stages and follow-ups in systems such as Salesforce
What You Bring
This role is a great fit if you:
- Speak German fluently (minimum C1) and have good English skills (minimum B2)
- Work independently stay organized and manage your time and priorities effectively
- Are a strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a confident professional tone
- Enjoy sales and know how to combine persuasion with empathy and respect
- Feel comfortable presenting products and solutions in a clear needs-based way
- Have experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce Outreach Salesloft)
- Are motivated to learn grow and continuously develop your skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B customer service or sales ideally with small and medium-sized businesses
- Exposure to SaaS cloud solutions or helpdesk tools
