Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations including installation servicing and maintenance of lifts and elevators.
Plan schedule and coordinate manpower and resources to ensure timely project completion.
Monitor service performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Work closely with clients contractors and suppliers to resolve operational or technical issues.
Prepare reports on operational efficiency project progress and cost control.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety requirements (e.g. BCA MOM standards).
Lead and motivate a team of technicians supervisors and support staff.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in lift/elevator or building services operations.
Strong leadership planning and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of maintenance standards safety procedures and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
