Job Summary

Position: Sales Manager (Automobile)

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a leader in the automobile industry we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a passion for cars.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and expand customer base

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments

- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication

- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market changes to make informed business decisions

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Car Dealer in the automobile industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- In-depth knowledge of the automobile industry and market trends

- Proficient in using sales management software and Microsoft Office

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
