Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospitality department ensuring efficient and smooth service.
- Manage and train hospitality staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards within all hospitality functions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery and a seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints requests and inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
- Monitor inventory levels order supplies and maintain budgetary controls for the department.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Plan and oversee special events ensuring they are executed successfully.
- Prepare reports on occupancy service quality and departmental performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading a successful hospitality team.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards protocols and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospitality management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
- CPR and first aid certification is a plus.
- Willingness to continuously improve guest services and department efficiency.
