Job Description

We are hiring Phone Banking Officers to manage inbound and outbound customer calls provide product information and ensure excellent customer service. Candidates must be confident well-spoken and willing to work in rotational shifts.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree is mandatory
Must be below 30 years of age
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night)
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
