Job Summary

This job is with Work Together.

Responsibilities

Design and develop project plans for a variety of construction and renovation projects.
Collaborate with engineers contractors and clients to ensure design specifications are met.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Conduct feasibility studies and analyses of potential building sites.
Ensure compliance with relevant building codes safety regulations and zoning laws.
Oversee construction progress to ensure that work is carried out as planned and within budget.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve design-related issues during the construction process.
Review and approve detailed drawings and quality of materials and provide technical guidance.
Present design proposals to clients for approval and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Civil Architect with 3-5 years or more in the field.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed architectural projects.
Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD Revit and SketchUp.
In-depth understanding of building materials and construction methods.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal forms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking ability.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional Architect license or certification preferred.
Up-to-date knowledge of building standards and zoning regulations.

Work Environment:

Primarily work will be conducted in an office setting with regular site visits required.
Must be able to work in-person and travel to construction sites as needed.
