Job Summary
A Digital Automation Consultant is required to support ongoing client projects by translating business needs into actionable digital solutions. The role focuses on banking automation technical integration stakeholder coordination and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage project scope while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct project kick-off sessions and lead regular scrum meetings until project completion.
- Gather validate and document business requirements with an emphasis on digital banking and automation features.
- Communicate project progress risks and key updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Serve as the primary technical and functional point of contact throughout the client onboarding phase.
- Manage communication across multiple organizational levels including negotiation conflict resolution and advisory interactions.
