Working Schedule

Initial Phase (12-hour coverage):

  • Monday to Sunday: 07:00 19:00
  • Shifts:
    • 07:00 16:00
    • 10:00 19:00
  • 2 rotational days off

Future Phase (TBC by the client):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
  • 2 rotational days off

Role Overview

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to support advertisers using a leading global social media advertising platform. In this role you will assist business clients with paid advertising campaigns platform-related inquiries and basic optimization support while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment.

This role combines digital marketing expertise paid campaign support and customer service within an international AdTech project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat in Italian and English
  • Support advertisers with paid campaign setup management and basic optimization
  • Troubleshoot issues related to advertising tools billing delivery and campaign performance
  • Educate clients on platform features best practices and digital advertising fundamentals
  • Apply internal policies and procedures accurately
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation in CRM and ticketing systems
  • Meet quality productivity and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal marketing operations and technical teams

Mandatory Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and good command of English
  • Hands-on experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program supporting an Advertising Technology company
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work rotational shifts including weekends

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: 985 (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Allowance: 80 (paid over 11 months)
