Customer Service Representative Vehicle Transportation Platform (German Speaking)

- Monday to Friday
- 09:00 18:00
- Days Off: Weekends
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative for a Vehicle Transportation Platform you will support customers throughout the vehicle transport process ensuring smooth coordination clear communication and a high-quality customer experience. This role involves handling inquiries related to bookings vehicle status documentation and service-related questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat in German and English
- Assist customers with booking requests scheduling and service inquiries
- Handle questions related to vehicle pickup delivery timelines and tracking
- Support customers with documentation invoices and service updates
- Resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams when required
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Ensure service quality in line with KPIs and SLAs
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluent German and advanced English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a structured weekday schedule
- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Lisbon
- EU passport/nationality or a valid work permit for Portugal is required to be eligible for this role.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in logistics transportation automotive or platform-based services
- Experience in a contact center or customer support environment
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 100 (paid over 11 months)
