Job Summary
Were hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international meal card project based in Braga. This role is ideal for candidates already living in or near Braga who are comfortable working in a hybrid or on-site model.
What youll do
As a Customer Service Representative you will:

Handle customer inquiries via phone and/or digital channels

Provide clear accurate support related to meal card services

Ensure a high-quality customer experience in French
-
Follow internal procedures and quality standards
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

07:00 19:00 (rotational shifts)

Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Location: Braga
- Work model: Hybrid / On-Site
Only candidates already living in or around Braga (or Aveiro for specific B&M positions) will be considered. Relocation or remote work is not available.
Language Requirement

French: C2 / Native level

No accent required (mandatory for client approval)
Salary & Benefits

Base salary: 880 (paid over 14 months)

Performance bonus: 140 (paid over 12 months)

Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day

Position bonus (Braga): 20 (paid over 12 months)

Active from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)

Fully free after 6 months of contract
