About the Role
Join an international airline project supporting customers with legal-related inquiries. This role requires clear communication empathy and precision when guiding users through policies and procedures.
What Youll Do
- Assist customers in German and English with legal/claims-related questions.
- Review cases verify documentation and provide clear resolution steps.
- Maintain accurate records and use internal tools effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines while offering excellent service.

- Experience in customer support or administrative/legal environments is a plus.

Schedule
Monday to Friday Portuguese business hours. Weekends off.
Location
