Turkish-Speaking Customer Delight Representative

Location: Lisbon (Relocation provided)

Contract: Full-time 12-month renewable

Languages: Fluent Turkish English (B2)

About the Role

We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Delight Representative to support small and medium-sized businesses using online advertising tools. You will help clients with product questions troubleshooting and improving their digital marketing performance.

Responsibilities

Support SMB clients via chat email and phone
Assist with online advertising tools and self-service platforms
Provide pre- and post-sales guidance
Identify issues and share product feedback
Deliver an excellent customer experience

Requirements

Fluent Turkish speaker
EU passport or valid Portugal residence card (mandatory)
English B2 level
1 year experience in customer service or similar
Strong communication and quick learning skills

Work Conditions

40 hours per week rotational shifts
15-day training period (full attendance required)
12-month renewable contract
1-month probation period
