- Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
- Days Off: 2 rotational days
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support handling inquiries efficiently and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch. No previous experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Dutch
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions according to internal procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams when needed
Requirements
- Dutch C2 level (mandatory)
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work in rotational shifts
Contract & Compensation
- Contract Type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) 6 months
- Base Salary: 1100 per year (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: 135 per year (14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 120 per year (11 months)
