Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting tasks including invoices billing and payment records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable ensuring timely follow-up.
- Support annual audit and tax filing processes.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage general office duties including filing mail and office supplies procurement.
- Assist HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding offboarding and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate internal meetings and company events.
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin and Accounting.
- Proficient in using SQL.
