Job Summary

Our client is a comprehensive supplier specializing in distribution marketing and service. Their business spans multiple industries including automotive parts and mobile wireless communication equipment. With a nationwide network of sales and service branches we are committed to delivering excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting tasks including invoices billing and payment records.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Support annual audit and tax filing processes.
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage general office duties including filing mail and office supplies procurement.
  • Assist HR-related tasks such as employee onboarding offboarding and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and company events.
  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Admin and Accounting.
  • Proficient in using SQL.
