Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Experience Excellence:
- Design and implement comprehensive systems to maximize customer satisfaction across all outlets.
- Oversee all food preparation and production processes ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for unmatched quality and consistency.
- Enforce the highest standards of outlet cleanliness product availability and efficient operational scheduling.
- Champion a service culture that is fast friendly and maintains impeccable hygiene.
- Proactively identify address and minimize operational issues such as order errors and cancellations.
2. Building & Leading a High-Performing Organization:
- Recruit train mentor and develop a senior leadership team including 16 direct reports (e.g. Regional Managers Functional Heads) to drive excellence.
- Build a scalable training academy and oversee the implementation of continuous learning and development programs for all staff levels.
- Design and manage performance incentive structures clear reporting hierarchies and standardized processes to motivate and reward high achievement.
- Directly manage a company-wide payroll of approximately 900 employees ensuring optimal staffing productivity and engagement.
- Address performance gaps decisively to maintain exceptional operational standards across the organization.
3. Profitability & Financial Stewardship:
- Assume full P&L responsibility for all outlets driving profitability and sustainable financial health.
- Increase revenue through excellent in-store service and effective local store marketing initiatives.
- Strategically optimize labor costs and systematically reduce overhead expenses in logistics management and inventory waste.
4. Aggressive Expansion & Operational Execution:
- Lead the end-to-end rollout and successful launch of new outlets and strategic Joint Ventures (e.g. Drive-Through formats).
- Spearhead an aggressive market expansion plan targeting the opening of 3-5 new stores per month in key growth areas such as Klang Valley and Johor Bahru.
- Ensure all new openings meet brand standards are operationally ready and achieve financial targets from day one.

- Leadership & Scale: Proven ability to inspire motivate and build large high-caliber teams. Must have experience managing a significant number of direct reports and a large overall payroll.
