Our client is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with strong experience in Hong Kong IPO work to become part of their dynamic Greater China Corporate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on IPOs listings and public company M&A transactions.
- Provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance and evolving market practices.
- Deliver exceptional client service on complex cross-border matters.
Requirements
- 3 years PQE as a Corporate Equity Capital Markets lawyer with Hong Kong-side experience.
- Proven track record in IPOs listings and public company M&A.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
