Job Summary

An elite international law firm with a strong presence across the Americas Asia Europe and the Middle East is seeking a junior to midlevel U.S. Associate to join its highly regarded US Corporate practice in Hong Kong. With lawyers based in the worlds leading financial centres the firm is well positioned to advise global companies and financial institutions on complex capital markets transactions and highstakes matters. This opportunity offers exposure to sophisticated deals within the financial services sector and the chance to work alongside a diverse collaborative team committed to excellence.

The successful candidate will be a U.S. qualified lawyer with 3-4 years of relevant experience in US/HK Capital Markets including US and/or HK IPOs US securities (Reg S) US DCM. Additional experience in cross-border corporate M&A would be an added bonus. You should hold a JD from a reputable U.S. law school whilst strong English language skills are essential.
