Your Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy and Operation: Develop implement and manage robust Paid Digital Advertising strategies (PPC Display and Social Media Ads) ensuring coverage and performance in the Brazilian market.
• Campaign Management: Set up launch monitor and daily optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Meta Ads and other relevant channels. Previous practical and solid experience with Paid Ads is a MANDATORY and non-negotiable requirement for this role.
• Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth performance analysis using data to identify actionable insights and funnel optimization opportunities.
• Continuous Optimization: Perform A/B testing on creatives and landing pages adjust bidding strategies refine audience targeting and manage budgets to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Result Communication: Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results (KPIs) and strategic next steps to internal teams.
• Innovation: Stay current on platform changes and industry trends to maintain campaign competitiveness.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Language: Native or near-native fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (C1/C2).
• Experience: Solid prior experience in managing and optimizing Paid Advertising (Paid Ads) campaigns is a strict REQUIREMENT.
• Skills: Very strong analytical capabilities meticulous attention to detail and a highly results- and goal-oriented approach.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present complex data.
• Location: Availability to work from our facilities in Lisbon Portugal.
