Role Overview:

We are seeking a Front-End WordPress Developer to join our fully remote team. You will play a crucial role in delivering polished user-friendly web experiences and dynamic dashboards leveraging the Metronic theme. Collaborate closely with design and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional usability across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development and upkeep of WordPress websites aligned with client needs.

Customize front-end components to enhance user engagement and interface responsiveness.

Implement and tailor Metronic dashboard themes to meet business and technical requirements.

Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility for all web assets.

Partner with back-end developers and UI/UX designers to drive continuous usability improvements.

Provide timely technical support and maintain site updates.

Keep abreast of industry trends and evolving technologies to integrate into projects.

Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a WordPress Developer focusing on front-end technologies.

Proficient in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and jQuery.

Hands-on experience with Metronic or comparable dashboard frameworks.

Strong grasp of website architecture responsive design principles and visual aesthetics.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities capable of managing deadlines efficiently.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Additional Assets:

Knowledge of PHP backend development is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO best practices.

Experience using Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop) and web server environments.
