Role Overview
We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Specialist to support users of a digital-focused platform. This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding.
You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brands voice consistently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support users with pre-sales general inquiries and technical issues
- Handle interactions via phone email chat social media and messaging channels
- Adapt tone and communication style for both private and public channels
- Manage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processes
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service quality
Candidate Requirements
- Native-level German
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Mandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a structured multi-channel support environment
Nice to have
- Experience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat)
- Technical troubleshooting background
Compensation
- Base salary: 1100 per month (paid over 14 months)
- Performance bonus: 180 for 12 months
- Meal allowance: 7.23 net per working day
