Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers (B2C or B2B) via telephone chat and email.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently regarding products services accounts or order fulfillment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and accurately document all service interactions.
- Collaborate within a multicultural team environment in Spain.
Requirements
- Native or high-level fluency (C1/C2) in French (written and verbal) is essential.
- Fluent English is required for internal communication and training.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or BPO/Call Center environment is a strong advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional patient demeanor.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU/Spain.
