Job Summary
Chief Operating Officer (Interim)
does startups is partnering exclusively with a funded earlystage startup in Barcelona that just bought another company. Were merging teams products and customers. Its fast messy and genuinely exciting.
We need an Interim COO who loves action owns the details and gets people rowing in the same direction. Young team big energy vamos.
The Role
- Run the integration day to day and keep revenue moving
- Set a simple weekly rhythm with clear KPIs and OKRs everyone follows
- Turn two tool stacks into one clean setup across CRM order to cash support and reporting
- Map the team keep the stars and make the tough calls kindly and quickly
- Tighten pricing and handoffs so sales onboarding and support feel like one flow
- Work shoulder to shoulder with the founder and help us land the CRO
- Be in Barcelona most weeks. We move faster together
You
- Have led at least two real integrations or turnarounds in SaaS where you owned outcomes
- Ship fast communicate clearly and measure everything
- Know how to merge systems without losing customers
- Strong talent judgment. You coach you decide you follow through
- Happy in founderled environments with small teams and high ambition
Nice to Have
- Hospitality or travel tech experience
- Automation mindset and comfort with AI in ops
