Job Summary

The Mission We are selecting a premier medical professional for a high-profile role managing the health of an 80-year-old VIP Principal. This is a 1:1 nursing position aboard a luxury superyacht offering a lifestyle that merges clinical precision with maritime adventure. Your summer will be spent cruising the exclusive waters of the Mediterranean with an itinerary that includes Monaco Mallorca the Greek Islands and Ibiza. You will act as the guardian of the Principals health ensuring seamless medical support in a non-clinical luxury environment.

The Team You will be supported by an elite medical infrastructure. Clinical governance is provided by a Lead British Doctor and you will work alongside resident Physiotherapists to deliver holistic care. The nursing roster consists exclusively of Western-trained professionals ensuring a standardized high-quality medical culture on board.

The Safety We recognize the intensity of 1:1 care. To maintain optimal alertness and job satisfaction we operate a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never overworked and have the time to explore the Mediterranean destinations during your downtime.

Requirements

Requirements

Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is a strict prerequisite.
Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for effective communication with the medical lead.
Attributes: Unflappable under pressure highly discreet and capable of delivering concierge-level care.
