Site Security Officer for Getafe Site
We are seeking a highly qualified Site Security Manager for Getafe Site to join the Corporate Security Team in Spain to lead our Security initiatives and ensure a secure working environment for all personnel to prevent and protect people information product and assets from potential third parties unsocial and antisociety risks in the plant.
By delegation of the National Security Director to manage and control all the economic material and human resources provided by the company with the purpose of ensuring proper protection of its personnel assets the product and its classified and sensitive information in accordance with the requirements set out in the various programs by taking the necessary actions to meet objectives set by the companys Management and in accordance with the Spanish Private Security law.
Site Security Manager Key responsibilities:
The jobholder is fully responsible following a proper risk analysis for the development implementation maintenance and update of the security plans and security activities for the site including supervising execution of the security service activities. Develop implement and manage comprehensive physical security strategies and protocols for Getafe Site.
Implement Airbus security policies the current directives and procedures as well as compliance with national / state / local legal regulatory and contractual obligations (including the defense / and the national classified information regulation and those that are specific to the center).
Establish and maintain security policies and procedures in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements..
Preparing and issuing for their approval in accordance with procedures set out in each division the annual Operational Plans for Investment and Budgetary Spending.
Approving and managing security projects and facilities that are implemented in the company as well as their subsequent maintenance.
Manage incident response including investigation reporting and resolution of security breaches or emergencies.
Implementation of digital tools or systems related to the activities of Corporate Security in the site.
Ensuring the communication channels with National and Local Authorities necessary to ensure proper coordination of all activities and particularly the most appropriate response to any security incident.
Be IOS for all security services provided in the site. Managing and coordinating the global security service of the provider in the site. Updating the service contract follow up of the activities and the day to day service activities. Conduct regular security assessments to identify risks and vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
Be part of the Getafe site committee representing the security department.
Participation on the crisis management committee in the site from the security department.
Act as security Focal point in the site for all the business requirements including productive area flight lines programs cross functions etc.
Participation as Focal Point in Internal and External audits in relation to Corporate Security.
Carrying out support and promoting awareness and communication activities to achieve maximum cooperation in security matters by all the companys employees.
Support information security directives and policies implementation to ensure the secure operation of the Information Systems (IM) and to obtain the accreditations and certifications from the government agencies necessary to be able to handle classified information.
Annual Security Plan.
Risk analysis.
Prepare and present security performance reports and risk analyses.
Needed KPIs and performance indicators for the follow up of of the service provider.
Maintain up to date security documentation (policies rules procedures security instructions).
Annual Operating Plan. Budget preparation and follow up including all finance activities needed.
Security Services (surveillance and maintenance) specification development review and execution performance follow up system and reporting means.
Coordinate practical security exercises and drills.
Requirements:
Bachelor or Technical/Engineering degree.
Knowledge of security regulation and emergency procedures.
Master in Director de Seguridad.
English C1 fluent in speaking reading and writing.
Experience in security management.
Strong knowledge of security technologies including CCTV access control and alarm systems.
Experience in crisis management emergency response and incident investigation.
Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate large teams effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels and external stakeholders.
Project management and finance experience.
The Job requires 100% ON SITE work.
