Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming phone calls messages and emails from customers

Provide accurate information and guidance on a wide range of consumer technology products

Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions

Process warranty claims repairs and product replacements

Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
-
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication

Adapt to changing situations and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Candidate Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English

Strong attention to detail
-
Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to remain calm and professional in unexpected or challenging situations

Previous experience in customer support or technical support is an advantage
Salary
Monthly salary ranging from 1030 to 1400 (gross)
14 salaries per year (including 2 extra salaries)
