Job Summary
Our client is building the future of marketing through a self-learning AI platform that combines multiple autonomous agents working across data creativity strategy and execution. Their platform is already used by dozens of agencies and hundreds of brands saving teams significant time while improving outcomes. With recent funding secured the company is focused on scaling its platform and improving how humans interact with AI at every level.
They are now looking for a Founding Designer to define the visual and interaction language of the platform and shape a category-defining product from the ground up.
The Role
As Founding Designer you will own the entire product experience. You will transform complex multi-agent workflows into experiences that feel simple intuitive and beautiful. Your work will define how data is presented how workflows flow how agents communicate with users and how the platform evolves as it scales.
This is a high-ownership high-impact role for someone ready to shape a product and design paradigm from day one.
Responsibilities
Product & Dashboard Design

Lead UX/UI across dashboards workflows reporting and agent interactions

Translate complex technical systems into clean modern minimalist interfaces

Build and maintain a scalable design system
User Journeys & Onboarding
-
Design onboarding flows for agencies and internal teams
-
Turn complex setup steps into guided frictionless experiences

Continuously improve activation clarity speed and quality
Visualizing Multi-Agent Collaboration

Create visual paradigms that make human-AI collaboration intuitive

Communicate agent reasoning and actions transparently

Work closely with founders and engineering to bring concepts into production
What Success Looks Like

Exceptional design taste and polished high-end visual execution

Strong UX and systems thinking reducing complexity without oversimplifying

Experience designing dashboards workflow tools or complex internal systems

High ownership and autonomy comfortable being the first designer

Clear and fast communication collaborating seamlessly with engineering and leadership
