Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.

Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising services.

Understand customer objectives and propose tailored marketing solutions.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while increasing campaign spend and upselling.
-
Create maintain and update customer databases accurately.
-
Handle a high volume of client interactions daily via phone and email.
-
Identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within your customer base.
Requirements

BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing Communications or related field preferred) OR equivalent experience.

German C2 and English C1/C2 level proficiency.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales digital marketing or customer success.

Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Strong CRM and client relationship management experience.
-
Comfortable using AI-driven tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.

Confident proactive and adaptable team player.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: 24310
Variable compensation (bonus): up to 4290 gross/year
