Job Summary

Were looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support a leading global streaming platform. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems with ease this fully remote role could be perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers via inbound calls & chat

Support with login issues payments refunds and subscription access

Communicate clearly professionally and empathetically

Work with guidance from experienced mentors.

Average Handling Time Expectations

Chat: 18 minutes

Calls: 12 minutes

(Max 2 chats at once; no simultaneous calls chats.)

Work Model & Schedule

Remote (from Türkiye)

Shifts: 11:00 - 20:00 / 14:00 - 23:00

(Moves 1 hour earlier during daylight saving time)

Monthly schedules shared in advance

Time-off requests approved 80% when requested early

Breaks: 75 minutes daily

Days Off: 2 variable days per week

Training

8 days training 2 weeks nesting

Fully online

Nesting alternates between chat and calls

Salary & Benefits

Net Salary: 42000 TL

Monthly Bonus: 5000 TL

Quality Bonus: Up to 4200 TL

Meal Card: 4500 TL
