Position Overview
We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our this role you will be responsible for reviewing analysing and moderating user-generated content to ensure full compliance with internal policies legal requirements and platform safety standards. This position requires high attention to detail sound judgment and the ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.
Work Schedule
This role operates on a 24/7 rotational shift system (Monday to Sunday).
Shifts include:

On-site presence is mandatory (100%).

Key Responsibilities
-
Review classify and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines.

Identify and escalate content involving sensitive harmful or non-compliant material.

Ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness in moderation decisions.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to support content safety initiatives.

Adhere to operational targets confidentiality requirements and quality standards.
Candidate Profile

Fluent in German (C1 or above) and proficient in English.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure with exposure to potentially sensitive content.

Availability to work rotating shifts including nights weekends and public holidays.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
