Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join the initial setup phase of the FLEXCUBE implementation project. The clients priority is to build a strong senior and credible team that can create an excellent first impression and establish a solid foundation for the program.
The ideal candidate must be:
- Thai native speakerto communicate effectively with branch users
- Fluent in Englishto collaborate with Japanese project members and regional stakeholders
- Experienced inFLEXCUBE implementation projects
- Strong knowledge ofDeposit business and banking operations
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze andvalidatebusiness requirements for theFLEXCUBE implementation with focus onDeposit and Static Datadomains
- Work directly withbranch users (Thai)andJapanese project members (English)to elicit requirements and clarify business needs
- Translate business requirements intofunctional specifications (FSD) BRD use cases and process flowsaligned with FLEXCUBE capabilities
- Performgap analysisbetween current banking processes and FLEXCUBE standard functionalities
- Support FLEXCUBE configuration design parameter setup and operational workflows for Deposit module
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders solution architects and technical delivery teams
- Collaborate with development and integration teams to ensure correct interpretation of requirements
- Define and preparetest scenarios test cases and UAT materialsfor Deposit and core banking processes
- Support SIT/UAT execution andvalidatedelivered solutions against business expectations
- Coordinate with multiple vendors in amixed delivery model
- Identifyopportunities for process improvement and propose best practices for FLEXCUBE usage
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation for long-term operational readiness
Mandatory Requirements
- Thai native speaker
- Fluent English communication(verbal & written)
- FLEXCUBE implementation project experience
- Minimum6 years as Business Analyst in banking domain
- Ability to work in multinational environment
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance IT or related field
- 6 years BA experience in banking
- Proventrack recordin FLEXCUBE projects
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capability
- Attention to detail & structured mindset
