Call Centre Customer Service Representative
Location: Brisbane - North
Type: Contract - 3 Months
Hourly rate: $35.80 per hour plus super

What youll do:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Resolve customer complaints with empathy and practical solutions
Rebook missed services efficiently and accurately
Monitor and respond to shared mailbox communications
Book and update scheduled services
Manage service disputes and provide clear resolutions
Ensure customer records are up to date with new information

What youll need:

Essential:

Experience with Office 365 (Word Excel Outlook)

Desirable:

Previous call centre experience
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
