Job Summary
Warranty Engineer
Kasrawy Group is a leading company in the field of construction and engineering providing high-quality services and solutions to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced warranty engineer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Warranty Engineer you will be responsible for overseeing all warranty-related activities for our projects ensuring that all warranty obligations are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with project managers engineers and other team members to ensure that all warranty requirements are met and that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all warranty-related activities for our projects including reviewing warranty terms and conditions coordinating with suppliers and contractors and ensuring compliance with warranty requirements.
- Develop and maintain a warranty tracking system to monitor and document all warranty claims repairs and replacements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of completed projects to identify any potential warranty issues and ensure they are addressed promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop warranty plans and ensure they are integrated into project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding warranty claims repairs and replacements providing timely and accurate updates on the status of warranty issues.
- Analyze warranty data and provide reports to management on warranty performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in warranty management and make recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of warranty terms and conditions and experience managing warranty claims and repairs.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve warranty issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with warranty tracking systems.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to warranty management.
