Job Description
Support the setup structure and governance of large transformation programs.
Manage program-level reporting including status reports dashboards KPIs and executive summaries.
Track project timelines budgets risks issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Facilitate steering committee meetings stakeholder reviews and governance calls with senior leadership.
Develop and maintain program documentation frameworks and templates.
Support resource forecasting financial tracking and demand management processes.
Monitor and ensure adherence to project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
Identify delivery risks and escalate issues while supporting mitigation plans.
Act as a key liaison between program leadership delivery teams and external stakeholders.
-PMP certification required
5 years of experience in PMO or program management roles ideally in large-scale business or digital transformation environments.
Strong understanding of project governance financial tracking reporting and risk management.
Expertise in project management tools (MS Project JIRA Clarity PPM or similar platforms).
Advanced skills in MS Excel PowerPoint and reporting dashboards (Power BI/Tableau desirable).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership.

Responsible for the operations and maintenance of On Premise Capgemini or client dedicated computing platforms and servers including:- system engineering and physical datacentre: Providesmaintenance and support for all system in scope monitors and executes corrective actions installs configures and tests operating systems troubleshoots and conductsincident resolution liaise with other IT teams and 3d party vendors Develops and executes plans for patching maintainssecurity backup and redundancy strategies Develops capabilities on emerging technologies defines processes conducts complianceand quality checks and identifies opportunities for improvements and efficiencies- storage and backup: run storage and backup environment as per blueprint and specific accounts setup. drive continual service improvement actions
