Floor Manager Restaurant & Bar

Salary Range: 150000 - 170000 Monthly
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily front-of-house (FOH) operations of our restaurant and bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences ensuring smooth service flow and leading a motivated team to achieve operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
Lead the FOH team in providing a warm professional and memorable guest experience.
Monitor service delivery to maintain consistent high standards in hospitality food and beverage quality.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Staff Leadership & Development
Recruit train mentor and supervise FOH staff (waiters host/hostess bar attendants).
Develop staff schedules to optimize coverage and productivity.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions to maintain service excellence.
Operational Management
Oversee daily FOH operations including reservations seating arrangements and guest flow management.
Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies SOPs and industry regulations.
Health Safety & Compliance
Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment for both staff and guests.
Enforce adherence to food hygiene sanitation and workplace safety standards.
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor inventory levels of FOH supplies (menus service tools uniforms etc.).
Collaborate with management on ordering budgeting and cost optimization without compromising quality.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years proven experience in restaurant bar or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities with a hands-on approach.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated customer service excellence and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
OND/HND/. in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
