Main Duties:

Posting of invoices accurately and promptly
Prepare accounting reconciliations as necessary
Prepare bank payments bank queries and similar matters
Filing of documentation in an orderly manner
Prepare reports and assist in the analysis of accounts as required
Liaise courteously with customers clients suppliers creditors and other stakeholders as necessary
Carry out other general accounting duties as may be required
Data processing as may be required

What skills do you need

As a minimum an O Level in Accounts
Be computer literate and proficient in the use of Excel Word and PowerPoint
Be ready to work flexibly in a team
Possesses excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally
Have a proactive attitude

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
