Job Summary
About the Role
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor you will provide high-quality customer service for one of our international clients operating in sectors such as tech travel digital services or lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in German via phone email and/or chat

Provide accurate professional and timely solutions

Document customer interactions using internal CRM systems

Ensure high quality standards and customer satisfaction

Follow company procedures KPIs and service guidelines
- Collaborate with your team to support continuous process improvements
Requirements
-
Native or C2 level German
-
English B1/B2 for internal communication

Already living in Malta or open to relocation
- Previous experience in customer service hospitality retail or sales is a plus

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in rotating shifts if required

Motivation to grow in an international multicultural environment
