Executive Chef Lead Our Culinary Team
We are looking for a talented Executive Chef to lead the kitchen across multiple restaurant outlets and events. This is a hands-on leadership role where creativity consistency and operational excellence are key.
Your Role
As Executive Chef you will oversee the full kitchen operation including multiple outlets and event catering. You will be part of the management team and play a key role in ensuring exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Lead mentor and train the kitchen team

Manage food production quality and presentation across all outlets

Develop review and innovate menus recipes and plating standards
-
Control food costs and manage inventory efficiently
-
Coordinate supplier orders and deliveries
-
Enforce hygiene safety and grooming standards (HACCP-compliant)
-
Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness
-
Manage staffing to meet service demands and budget guidelines
-
Drive culinary innovation and trends aligned with guest expectations
What Were Looking For

Minimum of 3 years experience in kitchen management
-
Expertise in Japanese Asian and French cuisine
-
Proven ability to deliver high-standard results within budget
-
Strong leadership and team development skills
-
Excellent communication in English

Highly organized proactive and quality-focused

In-depth knowledge of health safety and food hygiene regulations
